Run Pipeline

One run does everything: (1) download new invoices from vendor sites → saved under downloads folder, (2) scan connected inboxes for invoice attachments, (3) email all new files as attachments to accounts_bc@wellnessextract.com from the designated sender mailbox (Microsoft Graph).

.env cron (only when frequency is "Custom"): 0 7 * * * — Daily / weekly / 15–30 day times are saved with the form below, not from this line.

Automatic schedule

Turn on automation to run the pipeline on a timer. Run Now always works regardless. Graph app credentials can stay in .env so you do not re-enter Tenant / Client / Secret per mailbox.

Choose the zone where run time should apply (e.g. your office or the server). Default from .env is America/Toronto until you save a different zone here.

Retention runs after each pipeline finish: rows and files older than N days are removed. New invoices keep being added as usual.
