Mailbox types: Choose User / shared mailbox for normal Entra users (inbox via /users/...).
Choose Microsoft 365 Group for a team / shared group inbox — sync uses group conversations (not the user inbox API). IT must grant the app Group.Read.All (application) + admin consent. Classic distribution lists without a group mailbox may still not work.
Multi-mailbox: Add as many addresses as you need — each enabled row is scanned. Send from must be a user/shared mailbox; group rows are monitor-only for forwarding.
Test errors?
Group addresses left as type User are auto-fixed on Test / sync when Graph returns 404 for /users/… — the row type switches to Group if the tenant has Group.Read.All.
AADSTS90002 — wrong Tenant ID: copy from a working row.
403 — matching credentials + ask IT about Exchange Application Access Policy (user mail) or Group.Read.All consent (group mail).
Hard-refresh (Cmd+Shift+R) if the page looks old.

How It Works
- Each team member adds their own Microsoft 365 email (e.g., aman@wellnessextract.com, john@wellnessextract.com)
- The agent scans ALL connected inboxes for emails containing "invoice", "bill", "receipt", etc.
- It downloads PDF/Excel attachments from matching emails
- One designated mailbox sends all new invoices (from websites + inboxes) to your Forward to address, with optional CC
- Duplicates are automatically skipped (same file won't be processed twice)
